Pizza (cutter) my heart
It’s practically a law in America for every kitchen to have a pizza cutter. Most are the traditional variety with a large wheel attached to a straight handle. This All-Clad is a good example.
But come on. Pizzas are now fancy. They feature every topping imaginable and the sauces have moved from basic red to white, green, bar-b-q, and even chocolate. So why are you still using the same old cutter?
Let’s look at some fancy pants varieties.
The WMF Profi Plus pizza cutter has two, count them two wheels to slice through the thickest Chicago pizza crusts in a single swipe. It’s like the wonder twins power of pizza.
This Koziol Design Gaston ergonomic pizza cutter has the silhouette of a Toulouse-Lautrec dancer.
You can also just get rid of the wheel and go for a good ol’ fashioned pizza knife.
